SUBJECT DEFINITION: A pictorial representation of land, sea, seashore, or urban/city environments. The image should bring the viewer into the scenery and capture the location’s setting, mood, and feeling. Humans and animals may be present to provide a sense of scale, but they should NOT be dominant. Artistic interpretations are NOT permitted.
